"This book was just ok - I've read Emma Holly's books before and enjoyed them. This one seems to rely on hot sex scenes more than an actually cohesive plot. The "mystery" part of it was easily figured out very quickly. Having a slow moment - throw in a hot sex scene!"

"I have loved all of Lori Foster's books to date. I was very excited to see this book continuing the fighters' series. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the results. This was totally different than her usual style, and not in a good way. I have kept quite a few of her other books, but this one I listed. There was little humor, little "heat," and I stopped reading it several times. I only kept reading it because I thought it might get better - it never did. Hopefully this is just a "blip" in her writing, and that the next book will be back to her usual quality and style."

"This book is as good as the others in the series, which means it is great! Nina Bangs' characters are always funny, hot, and they don't take themselves too seriously."
