"I thoroughly enjoyed this book about the life of Abraham. To see the speculation of how Abraham lived and worshiped was a delilght, and to think about the possibilities of how his personality may have been during that time in our history game me much to ponder."

"I've enjoyed this book. All recipies that I have tried are very good. I am new to bread-machine recipies so this will be an adventure. I do prefer smaller sized books for easy storage and use and this one is close to 12" tall so I have to store it flat in my bookcase. It has very good pictures of what the breads are to look like and I like that especially."

"Lots of interesting twists and turns. A good lesson in how we can be duped by first impressions and even by people we think that we know really well. Do we all have something to hide? Hmmmm"

"I enjoyed this story series of immigrants into the Texas territory and the crisis that they faced as they made a place for themselves and their families. It give insight to the hardships (physical and emotional) the early settlers had to deal with and how their faith and lack of faith worked in their lives. It's a very good read."

"I really liked this book. I felt it was a well written intrigue that comes perhaps too close to letting us know just how vunerable we are with respect to being infected with deadly germs. It also describes the lengths that people will go to deceive you about their rolls in accomplishing this goal. I felt this is a very talented writer."

"I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is on on-targt biblically and the author's story gave John a personality that I had not though much about before. Descriptions were vivid for me and thought provoking especailly when comparing things that could have happened then to things that happen now."

John's Story: The Last Eyewitness (The Jesus Chronicles)
Review Date: 4/1/2010

"This story of how John may have come to write his books that are in the Bible are so fascinating. It brings to life john and the trials of the early Christians and where applicable it quotes the Bible exactly. It also illustrates the protection that God can provide to His believers. Highly recommend."

"This book is a heart-stopper. If you have a patriotic bone in your body you should read or hear this book. It gives you a in-depth idea of how our government officials (and other government officials) manipulate people to their own financial or power-gaining ends with no thought to the cost in human lives involved. It also shows you how they target people as a fall-guy in their schemes to protect themselves when things go wrong or when the situation becomes public. I highly recommend this book to everyone, especially Americans."

"My having come from a world where the pace is frantic in the city to settle in the slow pace of quiet serenity in the midst of God's beautiful seaside and mountains lets me understand and appreciate this story more than most I think. It takes you to a peacefulness that we all long for at one time or another in our lives and the author skillfully leads you into that quiet time of companionship and love. It's a good read."

"This book is a sequel to "The Warning" but is also a stand-alone read. It brings America's economic and spiritual instability to a crisis situation that threatens the American way of life including the political climate. It's story line is timely given the problems now occuring in America. I highly recommend this book."
