Good book. The only one of the series I've read. It has a lot of sub-plots and characters to keep up with for a "quick read". Nice, mild romance scenes.

I really liked this book. The language is a bit course at times, but it fit the characters' personalities. I loved the witticisms exchanged between Sugar Beth and Colin.

Irene Stenson returns home at the request of an old high school friend, whom she hasn't seen or talked to in seventeen years--since the death of Irene's parents. She arrives to find her friend dead. Was is suicide or murder? Did it have anything to do with her parents' deaths. As Irene investigates, she is joined by Luke Danner, ex-marine and owner of the lodge where she is staying. Irene is still trying to find resolution and closure over her parents' deaths and Luke is trying to find "normal" again after seeing some action in his military career. Instant attraction and common idiosyncrasies make for some interesting sparks.

Another great Krenz book--well developed characters, interesting story line, well-placed humor and just the right amount of romantic sizzle.

A comprehensive practical guide to every aspect of cat care -- from training to traveling, from rearing kittens to caring for older cats. Detailed descriptions of the disorders that can affect a cat, illustrated with anatomical graphs and charts. Emergency first aid information. More than 600 specially commissioned color photographs and clear illustrations.

This book is great, especially for first-time cat owners. Also interesting for veteran cat lovers.

Although I think all of Hannah Howell's books are good, this was not her best. Gytha notices Thayer's heart and soul long before she ever thinks about his looks. He just has to accept that she loves him unconditionally.

This was a great book! I loved the humor and the unusual obstacles these two had to overcome--also includes an interesting cast of friends and their attempts to find love. Leading lady is a not-so-slim gal with poor self-esteem and main man is purrrfect.

Very good book. Although, the epilogue and excerpt from the next book, Dance of Death, left me without closure. I will definitely have to order the next book in the series to see what happens.

Tall, warrior heroine. But she's not too much for her intended. She leads him on a merry (or not) chase only to find out she rather likes him. Good book with nice humor.

Excellent biography of Chuck Connors. There was a lot more to his life than his well-known role as "The Rifleman". Includes a lot of quotes from Chuck as well as from those who knew him.

Well written and it took some adjustement to reading the entire story in first person, but it felt more comfortable the farther I got into the book. Not a cut and dried story like the Highland stories, but rather the first part of a story journaled by Mac and how she got caught up in this crazy Tuatha de' Danaan that she didn't even know existed. Contains a few sexually explicit scenes with V'lane, though no sex actaully takes place.

This is another great book by Sherryl Woods. Destiny Carlton has such depth, intelligence and a very strong character. After living twenty years apart, Destiny and William Harcourt are both able to figure out what they did wrong to lose each other the first time and they are both determined to not waste any more time and go about getting what they want. Destiny is, however, having a small issue with trust that she must deal with before she can give her heart up again. Their battle of corporate business moves and couter-moves on their way back to one another is very entertaining--especially since they know each other so well. Very well written and highly recommended.

A movie star researching a role of a chemist gets her "uncool" attorney to teach her to be a nerd so she can "get into character". They go to a secreat hideaway for coaching in California's "Bigfoot Country".

I found it a humorous, light and easy read.
