"The author is talented and funny, however the person who wrote the book is really fixated on herself and her needs.
I spent the book alternating between wanting to give Liz a hug and wanting to slap her face. I guess I am annoyed that her final conclusion is that she just has to make herself happy to have a good life. That is not my belief of my life's purpose, and so I feel like she wasted that year navel-gazing."

"This is a Scholastic book of hair designs. My copy is unopened and includes the barrettes and beads for the designs. It is slightly dated; it looks to be 1990s or so based on the styles on the cover."

"Really well written book about a family that seems believable, coping the best they can with a bad situation. The ending hits like a ton of bricks. The whole premise of the book really makes you think about the moral implications of some of the scientific advances we have today."
