Cruise's diet plan is sound and would probably work, it just isn't real realistic..
It requires a lot of measuring of foods and making sure you eat at certain times of the day.. exact times.. I don't know about anyone else but I can't just stop in the middle of a business meeting and eat a snack.. I am going to try South Beach instead.

Forget low carb. Concentrate on eating only every three hours and watch the pounds melt away. Jorge tells you how and why this works.

The concept of this book is great and works well if you are a grazer like me. If you want to lose weight, check out all of Jorge Cruise's books. His methods are simple enough for anyone, even a complete beginner.

Informative - just didn't work for me.
I did a weight loss plan that included both grazing and walking. After a few months with some good results of 1-2 pounds every few weeks, I had to increase the intensity of my exercise to get further results. Can also be very hard to limit the individual meals and snacks to low calorie values indicated, with unintended larger snacks. Was hard to maintain this eating style when busy and stressful at work, ie working non-stop and thru meals, and when eating on the road at restaurants without healthy snacks. I've tried to keep fruit bars and nuts etc nearby as backups but was easier to follow when could also take in boiled eggs, yogurts, and other perishables. Good for folks with predictable schedules...
Great healthy diet that's easy to do and doesn't leave you starving. You can easily lost 2 lbs a week.
Although I'm not supposed to comment on the condition, I feel I should let you know that this was a book bought by me from the library. So, be prepared that it will have the clear plastic cover and some "library" markings.
That said, this book is great for those of you who are fed up with the other diets out there. This author has unique idea about monitoring the timing of when you eat rather than what you eat. I haven't tried it since my schedule is absolutely crazy. I never even know if I'm sleeping in my own bed until late in the evening. (Don't get any ideas-- I'm a good girl.LOL)
Try this book if you're struggling with your weight. It may be the last diet book you'll ever need, plus it's free:)

This is the 3 hour diet that you have read and seen so much of. It's broken down specificallly---easy to use book.
