I used this book and lost 20 lbs on the diet. It was easy to read and helped me integrate suggestions in to my daily life. I also used the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide that South Beach has out.

This is a great book if you are trying new ways to lose weight. There are recipes and plans in it. Very interesting.
Recipes and advice for those who want to try the South Beach Diet. No- I didn't try the diet - I just inherited the book from a friend.

This is not my type of diet. I just couldn't stick with it. Once I read the first chapter, it was all over for me!
Tried it, but didn't like it. Although better than Atkins, its still a fad diet.

This book is fantastic. Between the two of us, my husband and I have lost over 100 lbs. I love to cook, and the recipes are full of fresh flavors, and are easy to make. You will soon learn to adapt your own recipes to be South Beach friendly...and best of all...you get to eat a lot of food...all day long.
This is BRAND NEW. Great book and great diet!
