Ambitious review of the ways in which Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have perceived God, but it is densely written and a very tough read.

Well worth the effort to read this scholarly & respectful survey of the history of worshipping the God of Abraham.

An excellent examination in evolution of the primary religiions of Christiantiy, Judism and Isalam. Dense reading, but rewarding.

Terrific book--- have read 4 or 5 times and get sdomething new each time
