Continuation of the series. A little too much sex and less plot this time. Ending a bit anti-climatic. But in general an ok quick read.

I didn't even finish reading it honestly. I haven't been super impressed with the whole series and I was already getting irritated after 30 pages with this new one.

Third in the trilogy. I recommend reading the first two books first.

This book had a very disappointing conclusion. For those following the series like I was - leave your illusions intact and don't read this one.

Great read. Would've been better if I'd read the books before.

Loved the storyline. Found the language to be crude at times. Hated the ending. Would read again if stranded in a doctor's office for an extended period of time.

Only halfway thru this one, kind of disappointed that she allowed a vamp to get the jump on her.....we'll see how it unfolds.....

3rd and final book. Hated to have it end, but I kinda knew it would end the way it did. This was a great series and I really hope she writes something new soon. Candace & Ash are a great love story.

A vampire romance novel where a woman kicks ass and ends up with the man she loves! I look forward to reading the other books with the Candace Steele character.

A vampire killer with a Las Vegas beat, Candace Steele has risked everything to vanquish the forces of darkness–and to resist her own passionate desire for Ash, a dark and seductive vampire. But suddenly the stakes are raised. Candace has been attacked by a member of the Board, an ancient, powerful, and secret vampire sect with a vendetta against Ash. Now the only way she can save her life is to give herself to Ash–body and soul–and become a vampire.

Lusting for blood and starving for Ash’s embrace, Candace is pulled deeper and deeper into his world. She no longer trusts his promise that she will not have to remain a vampire forever. And as the hunger threatens to overwhelm her, it may be too late for her to leave the darkness behind.
