Having read all of Sophie Kinsella books thus far, I knew that I could expect a story that would make me laugh, make me frustrated, and make me care about the characters. But, I didn't realize that while all of these expectations were met, I would find more. The characters are more complex than I've seen in her books before, while keeping the hilarity and the emotion. There is a lovely romance going on here, but it is not the point of the book really, it's more about Lexi finding herself. Not really who she was or who she has become in those 3 years, but who she is (and wants to be) deep down. I really identified with that idea, and was so engrossed that I stayed up all night to read the book in one sitting. I was exhausted the next day at work after staying up until 3am to read, but it was well worth it!

I loved this book. :) A fun, easy read that will keep you turning the pages.

Lexi is a warm, likeable character, much like Becky Bloomwood from the Shopaholic series. Funny story, with lots of laugh-out-loud moments. I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen next. Highly recommended!

Another great book from the writings of Sophie Kinsella. I finished this book in less than 48 hours and couldn't get enough.

A story about Lexi, a girl who wakes up with amnesia and has to learn her life all over again. Well, at least the past three years anyway. She realizes that she has secrets, and has made enemies. She also has a new physcial appearance.

This book will make you laugh and will make you addicted. A must read. Everyone should pick this book up and read it from start to finish.

This is another great book by Sophie Kinsella! In this book, you will meet a likeable character named Lexi who wakes up with retrograde amnesia. It is very interesting as she tries to piece together her life. She wakes up to find she is married, she looks totally different and all her friends have deserted her. She has to learn who and what to believe about her life.

I absolutely loved this book. I could not put it down. It is very interesting to see how she slowly puts her life back together.

Definitely Recommended!!

The reviewers before me honestly said it all. This is another great book by Sophie Kinsella written in the same quick read manner as her Shopaholic series. The plot is very similar to the amnesia, Ryan Lavery, "All My Children" character, is suffering from. Only the last few years are omitted from the memory.

Is this possibly another series in the making? I think it may be. There is more to find out about Lexi Smart, the main character in the novel.

This is my first book by Sophie Kinsella. It is about a woman who gets amnesia and can't remember the previous 3 years of her life. She realizes that she is a completely different person - she has a great career, a husband and a wonderful life. She tries to figure it out who she is now, and if what she thought she wanted is really what she wants now. A great book - sometimes makes you laugh out loud and other times, frustrates you. I look forward to grabbing another Sophie Kinsella's books to try out.

As always, Sophie Kinsella's books are great. This book had an interesting plot line and many funny moments. I loved the main character and look forward to the next book by this author! (I've read them all!)

I enjoyed this more than the later Shopaholic books....I can really imagine the attraction of waking up with a whole different life! And of course, the whole idea of "be careful what you wish for". Great read.

This book was very cute. The first 2 chapters were worrisome but chapter 3 hooked me. I couldn't put it down after that. Lots of LOL moments! The ending could have been better but that wasn't enough to change my opinion.

By far the best Sophie Kinsella book to date. I couldn't put it down. I was captivated from the very first page. Lexi is such an interesting character and you really feel for her struggles throughout the book.

My first book I've read by Sophie. Really interesting. Though whenever Lexi would utter a cuss word it just seemed out of character for me and those small parts would kind of jerk me back to reality and away from the book. I felt like Sophie could have easily used other words besides cuss words to explain the character's feelings and it would have fit in a lot better.

This was a page turner though and I did enjoy it. The story is easy to follow along with the characters, and it sets itself up to either be a stand alone book if we want it to be, or it could easily become a series. Rather interesting. A good read for those wanting to explore Sophie's writing style.

This book really gets your imagination going. Imagine waking up in the hospital after an accident and finding that you have amnesia. The last thing you remember about yourself is your sorry looks and crappy job and simple apartment. You find now you are married and successful but don't know how it happened. I loved this book and will read it again. It's a keeper and won't be on my booklist. I love Sophie Kinsella's writing but it's nice to read something from her that is not predictable. It's funny and makes you think about what it would feel like if it were you.

Chick lit at it's best, but that's what Kinsella is known for. Good/fast read that kept me interested until the end.

Although not a fan of the shopoholic series, I enjoyed the undomestic goddess and really got into this book. I thought the book read easy but quite cannot put it down. In fact instead of my mommy's night out I hid upstairs and finished this book.

This is not a deep storyline but rather a light feel good kind of story. I really enjoyed it as much as I have all of Sophie Kinsellas other books.

I listened to this as an audio book. This is the only audio book that I've gotten so hooked on that I took it out of the vehicle to play it inside! Absolutely hilarious! At first, it reminded me a lot of the TV series "Samantha Who?" and Rosalee reminds me so much of Samantha's flakey friend on the show. The book is about a young woman who, at 25, has a horrible appearance (bad teeth, bad hair, overweight), an okay job, a bad boyfriend, and just lost her father (he passed away). She goes out clubbing, hits her head and wakes up in the hospital. Actually, she wakes up into a completely different life where her life is now "perfect." She is told she has amnesia and cannot recall anything from the past 3 years. They need to make a movie out of this book because it is funny, charming, and heartfelt. I absolutely LOVED it!

This book was cute. I liked it better than Confessions of a Shopaholic. The story line was good, the main character was interesting and made me laugh out loud a few times. I would recommend this as a light and entertaining read.

One of the best books I've read lately. It's fun, inspiring, and touching. You really get to know the characters up front so you can laugh and cry with them. Excellent read!

Lexi is an average girl, with an average life, great friends and a decent job...until she gets a bump on the head. She wakes up in the hospital to discover...her whole life has changed!

Once again Sophie Kinsella has managed to create a true feel good story with a mess of a main character that you can't help but love. She intertwines reality and fantasy so well that I find myself anxious to sneak off to bed and read instead of watch T.V....and that is saying something!

Melissa H. (sugarbaby) reviewed on 8/19/2009...

This probably would have been a great book, but after reading the first 3 chapters, and encountering the F-bomb 5 times (plus multiple other curse words)....I just couldn't read any more.
I think it would have been a great book without the language, it seems very unnecessary.

Amy B. (BaileysBooks) reviewed on 8/14/2009...

I found this book to be a fun and entertaining mix of 'Shopaholic' meets 'Bridget Jones.'

This book is a quick and easy read that leaves you with that feel-good feeling at the end. It is fun to re-discover the main character's missing years right along with her, and the journey that she takes in getting there is both humorous and heart-wrenching.

If you're looking for an easy-to-read book that doesn't take itself too seriously and has an engaging cast of characters, 'Remember Me?' would make a great selection.

You cannot help but root for this heroine as she struggles to regain her memory after an automobile accident. Learning who to trust and not to trust is the challenge for this heroine and you simply cannot put this book down. Kinsella has created a memorable heroine.

This was my first book by this author. It is written in the England style english so I had to re-read a few times to understand as it's not verbage we use in the US english but overall the book was decent. I already had 2 of her other books and decided to give the author another try. I'm glad I did. I found the other 2 more enjoyable than this one tho this one is good for a fun, lighter read.

This was a nice summer read. It was nice to read "chick lit" that wasn't all about shopping at high end stores! This book actually had some depth and a few twists that weren't predictable. I enjoyed this story.

A great, easy reading. About a girl who experiences amnesia and can't remember the past three years of her life. She has a lot of trouble reconciling the person that she remembers being to the person that she's become.
