Another delightful romp with "Master of Wolves" by Angela Knight. Something is seriously wrong within the ranks of the Clarkson Police department. Officer Faith Weston, head of the K-9 department, has lots of experience handling dogs but is uneasy around her lewd boss and some of the other police officers. Jim London is outraged over the death of his friend. He knows the cops have cooked up a phony story about Tony's death and decides to go undercover by posing as a German Shephard dog for Faith's K-9 unit.

A clever way to get at the bottom of Tony's death turns complicated when Jim finds himself falling for Faith. He is forced to reveal his true nature when Faith's life is threathened. At first disbelieving, it isn't much longer before Faith finds herself accepting Jim as he is especially since she becomes a werewolf from one of the officer's bites. This is where the sex starts and it's pretty hot. But there's lots of plot and tension running throughout the book. Jim and Faith find themselves pitted against a wicked, powerful witch who also happens to be a vampire. Her goals are nothing less than world domination which has her making the whole town's police department vampires or under her thrall.

I found both characters very likeable, especially Jim, a very charming and courageous werewolf character. Faith is tough but not obnoxiously so as so many of the other female heroes tend to be in paranormal stories. She's loyal, hones, and courageous. These traits, plus her beauty, are what make Jim fall in love with her. This book, part of a series by Angela Knight, has it all - terrific plot, likeable heroes, very wicked villains, romance, suspense, and, of course, sizzling sex.

Unfortunately, this is the only book of the series I was able to get my hands on. I loved it! Now I have to find the other books in the series! It's a perfect blend of Sorcery and Modern. If you like Christina Feehan, you'll enjoy this!

Loved it!! I can see how it could be a bit confusing for some since this book refered back to all her previous magevers books through out. Having read all of them recently, it was no problem for me. I actually enjoy how she drew everything together.

This was a somewhat spicy romantic-adventure werewolf tale with the emphasis on the adventure. It's smack in the middle of the series and there are far too many characters for newcomers (like me) to appreciate or follow. I'd recommend reading these in order.

I really enjoy this series. I will admit that I skipped the sex parts as they became redundant. Other than that Great book!

Throw in vampires, dragons, fairies & witches & a lot of erotic romance & you have a great series. Loved every page.

Good book

It has werewolf's, vampires, dirty cops, king author, and pink hair fairies. What more could a girl ask for? How about a better plot.
It was a decent read for all that, but not the best that I've ever read. A little to long and drawn out for my taste's. I don't know why a writer seems to think that just because they throw in a bunch of sex scenes it's supposed to make it a "great" read, trust me, it doesn't.
But that is my opinion, i'm sure some people will like it a lot more.

Angela Knight tells all in her sexually charged werewolf stories. I collect them all, she also writes about Jim London's sister, and fold the corners to re-read the steamy pages!

Officer Faith Weston, head of the K-9 department of Clarkston, has lots of experience heandling dogs. Except the kind that walk on two legs-like her lewd boss. So Faith puts up a front that reads "all business"...
Jim London is outraged over the death of his friend, a fellow bounty hunter and werewolf-and thinks the police department of nearby Clarkston cooked up a phony story about Tony's murder. The only way to find out is to go undercover. And, in his wolf form, Jim can do that better than anybody...
There's one complication, though. The new police-dog handler, Faith Weston, is sexy enough to bring out the animal in any man...

Part of a series - wish I'd read the others. The cover alone almost makes it a keeper.

Very strange book...I normally like paranormal romances AND erotic thrillers, but there's just too much of everything is this book. Between the vampires, werewolves, "witches", and mortals, it was difficult to keep up with everybody. All the strange place names and the author's complete retelling of King Arthur (as a vampire) didn't help. I'm sure I'll read more by this author, but it may take a while for me to get around to it.
