This is the third book in the Janie series and I found it to be completely unnecessary to the overall plot.
The first book to this series "The Face on the Milk Carton" was my favorite. All four books talk about a girl who was kidnapped then found her real parents, but this book mostly goes into her relationship with her boyfriend who told her story over the radio.

Another great book by this author. a very quick read.
After I started the book I realized it was a young adult book and the story was a little bland for me.But it did have a different type of story.I did enjoy the story after all.
