This book is written in the first person present tense which made it impossible for me to get into.

Nice character development. Tansy is a drug & alcohol addled witch with a capital B who travels solo on holiday when her awful boyfriend backs out of the trip. Visits to 3rd world countries slowly melt her crusty exterior, and she is finally able to recognize the NICE guy as her true future.

I really liked this book. I generally read the "classic chic lit" that almost always has the same light, upbeat story line, yet similar ending and this was a bit different. I liked that it went into other countries on a tour and wasn't quite what I had expected or what I normally read. It was a nice quick read too, and I couldn't put it down!

I enjoyed this book. The main character is a little harsh in the beginning, but I like her transformation throughout the book.

I liked this book quite a lot. You kind of hate the character to start with but she changes and you like her in the end.

Good summer read.

The main character was annoying, but I enjoyed this book.

Good book, character's voice quite similar to Bridget Jones (only snarkier). Tansy, the main character, uses her her inheritance from her late mother to travel abroad to Asia. However, things are not as glamourous as she had planned. Throw in some romance, a murder mystery, and humor, and you have this book. Nice, light read.
