Like the protagonist, a fairly shallow book. Of the three Barr novels I have read, this is the least enjoyable. It's mostly an amaglamatiof of Backpack and Baggage - even to the twists. But it is a fast read. I just wishthe protagonist was more .... interesting

I usually don't like British chick lit, but I really liked this book. I even stayed up past my bedtime to finish it!

A good beach read, went through it fast, but I didn't like it as much as Baggage. Good alternative to your typical chick lit though, since there are some elements of suspense to it, and Barr's books aren't just about women trying move up the corporate ladder and find/please their men.

Emily Barr's feisty new heroine charms both sides of the Atlantic while facing the demons from her past. A good read.
Barr's books are great- chick lit with an edge.
I enjoyed this book about a drama queen who learned a few lessons along her way.
