One of my favorite Star Trek authors, this is another great Trek book by Bob!

A tight story about diplomatic teams from the Federation (headed by Captain Picard) and Romulan Empire (headed by Commander Sela) both trying to persuade a planet to join their ranks. Both teams are rocked by explosions on the new world and Data teams up with Sela to solve the mystery.
