This is a great reference guide for all types of stress relief, meditation and yoga. It has beautiful full color photos and is spiral bond so it will stay open while being used.

This is a great little book, stuffed full of information without the boring that usually comes with that. I used this book as a reference guide for a long time. This is perfect for people who would like to start a program at home. Well illustrated and easy to understand and follow. A pleasant surprise!
