My husband and I were purchasing our first house on the other side of the country, but this book helped us learn everything that we needed to check to help decide if this was the right move for us. It helped us to make the best possible choice and we couldn't be happier! I'd recommend this to any first time home buyer for certain!

Great if you have to many people giving you advise and your not sure who is right. Was a great reference for us when we bought our first home.
Great book for beginning homebuyers, well written and easy to follow
I will be a long time useing this book it is very helpful and informative. It is also incredibley easy to understand, even a child could understand this book.
