Book Reviews of Primal Waters (Meg #3)

This is the first book I've read by Steve Alten. Hope the others he's written are as good. Plan to read more from him.

I actually enjoyed this shark book quite a bit. Parts of it were a little dumb, but overall, it was an exciting, shark-full read that was very adventurous. There's not much to say, as this was a straight-forward book. I will definitely keep an eye out for his other books - they are quite thrilling and great for summer.

Good writer and fairly decent storyline. A good read.

This book has a lot of technical information in it. If that's not your cup of tea, this probably isn't for you...

Very exciting book

This book was an engaging read and a revisit of familiar and well-developed characters. Those who enjoyed Jaws and Meg:A Novel of Deep Terror will enjoy this book.

Alten begins with an informative description of the Pacific Ocean and its inhabitants, the Monterey Bay off California, and the islands of New Guinea and its surrounding waters.

Just when you thought you could go back in the water - the Megalodon puts the Great White shark to shame!

This book is the third in a series. It is a fast paced, quick read. I enjoyed it.
