I don't think I can read anymore of this series. I loved the first book, thought it was fresh take on vampires stories...but each book become progressively worse. I don't think I'll ever read another book by this author.

I love this series. This books was great. I read it in one day while on vacation. I e-mailed the author to make sure there is a book 4, because let me tell you she has some explaining to do with the way she left off, and she said it will be out summer of 08. She is also writing a new series along the same lines but will be farie instead of vampire. I recommend this book to anyone who has read the first two.

Great! Dont want to be a spoiler, so I will just say this book was full of surprises and twists. Just as good as the first two. I can't wait for the next book!! I would buy it today if it were available. I loved this series.

Ashes to Ashes is much better than the previous entry in this series, but not nearly as good as the first.

Although the author does attempt a recap of previous events, this book makes more sense when read after Possession, as the characters and storyline continue where Possession left off. Ashes to Ashes finds our heroine on the run from the Oracle and (still) trying to sort out her feeling for Nathan and Cyrus. There is only one more book to go in this series so I suppose I will read it also since I've come this far.

I have not liked this series since book one... yet I keep reading it. And the sad thing is I will probably read the 4th book too.

My biggest problem with this series is the heroine. She is weak, whiny, annoying and can't figure out what she wants. With the first book, I thought it was because she was a new vampire and she needed time to adjust. But after the third book she hasn't changed and if anything she is worse. Nathan (her sire) should just stake her and set her in the sun.

I think this one def picked up the series a lot! The 2nd book was just OK to me, but this one turned out really good. Nice plot twists! I will be reading the 4th book as well.

This was my least favorite of the series so far. I hated the ending, because it seemed as though the author just needed to make a quick end of it and next thing ya know the villians are dead. I still am going to read the 4th book, that whole can't start a series without finishing it aspect, and hopefully it will be better.

Was ok. Don't think I'll buy the fourth.
