This was my first by Brockmann, but not nearly my last! Sincerely enjoyed this...didn't know it was part of a series until the very end, but I ordered the next one immediately!

The book cover did little to excite me about reading this book, even for someone who loves mystery-type novels. But, it was actually very difficult to put down once I got into it. A good read.

This is a great book in it's own right but even better if you read the series in order to get the secondary story peices too. This is book 5 in the Troubleshooters series about SEAL team 16. I have really enjoyed every book in this series thus far and I am ready to start the next one.

Another great Troubleshooters series book from Suzanne Brockmann. I like this one best. Visit Ms. Brockmann's web site for the complete list of Troubleshooters (US Navy SEAL Team Sixteen) series books.

Into the Night is about a group of Navy SEALs & takes place on a military base. A White House staffer and a SEAL liaison work together to uncover a terrorist plot on this base. Fast moving.

Part of the SEAL Team 16 series. Not as good as some of her past efforts. This is Mike Muldoon's story.

Navy SEAL vs White House staffer.

It was supposed to be an elaborate demonstration of SEAL rescue techniques—to celebrate a presidential visit to a California naval base. White house staffer Joan DaCosta arrives early to scope out the area. Assigned to be her SEAL liaison is Lt. (jg) Mike Muldoon. Against her better judgment, Joan finds herself drawn to the handsome young officer. While tension mounts between them, fueling their growing attraction, a far more sinister danger is lurking, as terrorists plot a daring, attack against the president. To protect their commander in chief, Joan and Muldoon must not only risk their hearts—but their very lives.

Terrorists attempt to break security thru navy seal wifves. Muldoon is enthralled with Joan, White House PR person.Another hi action 16 SEAL series. I love the way Brockmann's verbal descriptions paint entertaining visuals. It was worth reading, but so far I enjpued reading "The Unsung Hero" most of this series.

It was suppose to be a "dog and pony show"---an elaborate demonstration of SEAL rescue techniques---to celebrate a presidential visit to a California naval base. A daring terrorist attack is about to take place against the President. Edge of your seat novel.

(from the back)
It was supposed to ba a"dog and pony show"-an elaborate demonstration of SEAL techniques- to celebrate a presidential visit to a California naval base. Professional, no-nonsense White House staffer Joan DaCosta arrives early to scope out the area. Assigned to her SEAL liaison is LT.(jg)Mike Muldoon, a born leader- strong, decisive, tough , and fearless.

Against her better judgement, Joan finds herself drawn to the handsome young officer. Skilled at being "one of the guys" in the mostly male world of polotics, she is dismayed when Muldoon breaks through her defenses. While tension mounts between them, fueling their growing attraction, a far more sinister danger is lurking, as terrorists plot a daring attack against the president. To protect their commander in cheif, Joan and Muldoon must not only risk their hearts-but their very lives...
