good cook book, all the silver palate books are good
Lots of very good and fun recipes. I have two copies that's the only reason I'm giving up this one!
This mass market book has recipes from all cultures. Alot of their recipes are in the grocery store under gourmet foods. It is a very good book for different kinds of food and very enjoyable.
