This is a real workbook for folks to follow and do exercises for self exploration and learning. It's a good tool for anyone to learn how to do anger differently.

What has been learned can be unlearned. The authors present techniques to both reduce stress and learn how to turn away from anger-triggering thoughts. They also show how conflicts start and how to modify your behavior so that a simple discussion doesn't turn into thermonuclear war. The book is particularly helpful for those concerned with family violence-especially parental and spousal abuse.
