Love it! These are low-carb recipes for foods that I like to eat. There are some "exotic" things in there, but I happily bookmarked more than twenty with a lot of potential!
It could only be improved if she included the nutritional information for the completed recipes. It's hard to know how "low carb" these recipes are without reading the nutritional information off of each ingredient's labeling.

this is on of my favorites of her series; great recipes. If you like her "stoups" you have to try the gumbo.

Good book on general cooking. It didn't have ANY nutritional values for any recipes.

I'll admit it, I really like Rachael Ray. A lot. But I don't like low-carb, which is what this book is. The recipes are fine, but not my favorites. Great if you like the Ray-ster.
