Book Reviews of 311 Pelican Court

Very good book, but not as compelling to me as the first two. Did not seem to flow as smoothly as the previous additions. Still very good story.

Loved this book! You can read them in order, or not... either way, a great read that you feel you become part of this wonderful town and characters...

Again Debbie Macomber makes the town of Cedar Cove come alive with all her characters. You just want to join them, go to the riverfront, or have a cup of tea. Maybe stop in to see the local PI. Good summer reading.

"Lack of Communication. That is the running theme in this 3rd installment of the Cedar Cove series. Rosie and Zack are the main characters this time. They have decided to divorce and the ordeal is quickly coming to a head with their children. Maryellen and Jon have decided what is in the best interest of their new born daughter; and Olivia and Jack have finally come to an agreement.
More is revealed in the mysterious death at the Beldon's bed and breakfast with the divulging of an incident that Bob witnessed during his Vietnam years. Will this lead to the identification of the mysterious stranger? Are others still in danger? What is the full story?

I enjoy this series, revisiting storylines and characters, just wish I hadn't waited so long in between books, forgot who a couple of people were, but Macomber is good at refreshing your memory.

I love this series of books. This is the 3rd. Light reading.

Engrossing tale in the "Cedar Cove" series. Precedes her "44 Cranberry Point" novel. Better to read this one first and then cranberry point.

A wonderful continuation of the Cedar Grove series. This is the 3rd book. Wonderful characters in true-to-life situations. Totally human.

Cedar Cove, Washington...Zach and Rosie are divorced. Judge Olivia and Jack, and Roy McAfee, the local PI. The really big gossip is the dead guy that died at the B & B. McAfee is determined to find out who is is and why he showed up in the middle of the night.

I enjoyed the book!

Debbie Macomber has great characters and I love how all the books intertwine.

This book resembles the t.v. show "Desperate Housewives" It is a quick read, & won't cause nightmares!

Another in the Cedar Cove, Washington series. This one is about the same people as book one, only focusing on Rosie and Jack that recently got a divorce and how the town judge, Olivia, has decided to handly child custoday.

Here I am at #3. Love this series. Debbie can really write a story that holds your attention. Couldn't put this one down either. Love it, love it love it.

I really enjoyed the second book in this series. Quick, easy read, but I really liked and cared about the characters. Can't wait to read the rest!

Not as fast of read as the first two but to me just as good, the plot thickens and eveyone seems to be connceted to eachother in some way, I love the small time life and feel of this book, it's another great read!

I just love this series. I am enjoying reading them in order and I really like the way you get to know the characters and hear more about them in each book. New characters are added as well to add to the intrigue. A hard to put down series!

Roy McAfee, our local private investigator, is absolutely determined to find out.

This series about Cedar Cove is great fun - sort of like following a good soap opera - because the same characters carry over from 1 book to the next!

This is an excellent, relaxing read. I have several more books by this author, including some from this series, currently listed.

The third installment in Macomber's absorbing Cedar Cove series (following 204 Rosewood Lane [BKL S 15 02]) focuses on Rosie and Zach Cox, who have divorced after 17 years of marriage. They are shocked when Judge Olivia Lockhart makes another of her controversial rulings, this time granting their kids the house and ordering Rosie and Zach to make alternating visits. As they struggle with their tiring schedule and deal with their 15-year-old daughter Allison's growing resentment and subsequent problems, they realize that they still care for each other. Then, when Allison and her 9-year-old brother, plot to get their parents back together Rosie and Zach contemplate a reunion but know that learning to trust each other again will take some time. Meanwhile, Olivia is dealing with a love triangle; widowed librarian Grace explores the world of dating via the Internet; and Grace's daughter, Maryellen, struggles with being a first-time mom. Excellent characterization will keep readers anticipating the next visit to Cedar Cove.

This books is the third book in Debbie Macomber's Cedar Grove Series. This book takes the reader on another visit to this town with a dash of mystery revolving around the death of a stranger found in the local bed-and-breakfast. Excellent addition to this series!

This is a great series. Macomber's writing is a pretty quick read, but the characters really develop throughout the series. I think this one is #3.

There is nothing like reading a debbie Macomber book. This is #3 in her series of Cedar Cove and with each book you read it puts you in Cedar Cove with the wonderful people that live there. Rate her with 5 Stars. She has earned it!

This book is about all the friends in Cedar Grove. But especially about a man named Zach and his wife and their unusual divorce degree. It is funny but good as they learn to live a whole new life.
