Cute mystery/romance with Hannah GArvey, the resident manager of an exclusive retirement community. Her father comes to town with the circus, and his lady-illusionist wife catches a real bullet in the bullet-catch trick.

Whether you choose to go East (of Peculiar), South (of Sanity), North (of Clever) or West (of Bliss) you will be headed in the right direction!

Hannah Garvey, the manager of a retirement community, and her senior sleuths get involved with a visiting circus. Hannah's father, who she never met, is an aging magician with the troupe whose wife is now the performer. Then she is murdered by a prop that he prepared. No one's talking. Hannah, her seniors, and her boyfriend, the sheriff, have to solve the crime.
A different setting and a good story.

Life is not dull for Hannah as the manager of an exclusive retirement community in the Ozarks. But when the circus comes to town, she gets a visit from a man she never knew -- her father. Romance, secrets and homicide bring in a gang of senior sleuths to get to the bottom of things under the Big Top.
