I enjoyed this book. As someone else has said, the 2nd half I thought was better than the first half but worth reading. Three women are all facing challenges in their lives; the 'baby' of the 3 turns 50 on the trip. One is a recent widow having problems with her college aged sons - one dating an atheist and the other drops out blaming God for letting his father die. Another is an organizational freak(!) who is a librarian resisting the new computers and afraid she's going to be replaced. The 'main' character is the one turning 50 who co-owns a chocolate shop that just had a competitor move in down the street and she's the more daring one but is struggling with getting over the wrong man she had been dating. I think there should be a sequel to this because it ws getting really good the last half and I'd like to see how things worked out with the group from this book as well as see how the characters mentioned but not featured do such as the college sons and the other bikers.

Like the 2nd half of the book better than the front half, but in all it was worth reading. These 3 friends, who are really not that well-acquainted after losing touch over the years, are traveling by broken-down RV to the camp where they spent summers as teens. There is loads of bickering in the beginning and the trip seems to take forever. Once the trio of friends arrive at the camp, the story picks up.
Great story about 3 friends' trip together in an RV to save their childhood bible camp.
