This was a GREAT story! There was alot of sex, but it didn't feel like it was just thrown in to keep the story together. There was also a very good plot/villan in the story, and it kept me on the edge of my seat for most of the last half. Great book!

Wow! What a fantasy. This book grabs you from the beginning and never lets go. The sex is hot. The emotions are raw.
Three brothers are looking for one woman. When they find her, they must persuade her to their way of thinking.
I read other reviews that the woman is a litle naive. That's her character in the beginning. I think that's so the story works. She doesn't stay that way. She grows strong with the love of the three brothers.
This is a keeper.

From the back cover:
Adam, Ethan and Ryan aren't looking for women. They're looking for a woman. One woman to share their lives and their beds. They don't want a casual romp in the hay, they want the woman who will complete them--and they're losing hope of finding her. That is until Adam finds Holly lying in the snow just yards from their cabin. He knows she's different the minute he holds her in his arms. But before Adam gets his hopes up, he knows he has to gauge his brothers' reactions. Soon it's evident that she's the one. There are a few problems, however--convincing her she belongs with them and keeping her safe from the man who wants her dead.
My review:
The story was good. The only problem I had with it was that Adam kept calling her "baby" and Ethan kept calling her "doll." Maybe it was to separate who was talking during the dialogue, but it became tedious. I enjoyed the overall story and the sex was very hot!!

I liked the overall story, but I found the heroine's naivete very annoying.

Surprisingly well done book about 3 brothers who share one woman.
Yes, it's far fetched and yes, there are points that strain incredulity (they all fall for upon first meeting, she has sex for the first time with three men at once and is neither squicked out nor sore).
But Banks handles this in a way that actually make sense within the parameters of the book.
I will certainly look for more by this writer.

I enjoyed it - although it is not for the faint of heart. Plot was slim but characterization was good. And the 'tag team' sex made me wonder how often they had to change the sheets...

This was a GREAT book! Holly is running from her evil ex-husband who is out to kill her after her witnessing a murder on her wedding night. She comes across the Colter brothers who take her in and want her for there own, they realize right away that she is the one for them. All I can say is grab something to cool you off because this book is on fire!!
***Also there is a free short story (the epilogue to Colters Woman) on Maya Banks.com called Colters' Wife. It really puts the book to a great ending!!*** :)

Three brothers looking for a wife - not one for each - one for all three. Enter Holly who is found cold and freezing in a ditch. Soon it is sex and more sex. Hot, passionate sex with each of the brothers or all of the brothers - depends on the day and timing.
Holly is being sought by a man who wants her dead and there is a plot to this book other than the sex. The boys will do everything they can to keep Holly from harm. Several plot twists and turns - some violence but it makes sense in the context of the story.
Not for the faint of heart. My first read by this author but it will not be my last.

Wildest Fantasy comes true in this book... If you don't like alot of sex then don't pick it up. Read in a day and a half. Holly is in a bad marriage and well things look up when she runs away on her Wedding night , then finds her self in a house of Three Brothers that are Handsome and falls in love with all three. Oh Yeah Baby!

This was a new author for me. I found this in a thrift store and it was a great, steamy read. Lots of sex but not too over the top. Enjoy~!

I wanted to love this book. Unfortunately, I don't even like it. Throughout the entire book I found myself asking "Who is Ethan?" Adam is described as possessive-- the older dominate brother with a past love interest. Ryan is seen as stubborn, young, and coming to grips with his personal demons. What is Ethan seen as..? The "funny one" yet he never says anything funny! The author provides absolutely no background into who Ethan is or was before he met Holly.
In the midst of the author trying to create a realistic world where a woman has three lovers (who happen to be brothers) she continually left out an integral character. Ethan simply appears in the book as someone who is there to lend a "helping hand". For example, Ethan can play chauffeur when rushing to the hospital; agree with whatever Adam says for the betterment of their woman; and even play with a nipple when all other orifices are currently occupied. Ethan and Holly's "one on one couple time" in this book is signified by one event (the shower scene) where as Adam and Ryan continually have "one on one" sessions that last entire pages and are sporadically dispersed through the book. Ryan and Adam constantly touch Holly in loving ways ( a grace of a hand against a cheek, a peck on the lips, etc etc) Ethan shows his affection for Holly by giving an enthusiastic smile or a quick hug.
Other than the fact that the book gets off to a corny start ( I found myself rolling my eyes at several scenes depicted in the beginning) I really wanted to like this book. However, I just couldn't stop myself from asking "Who is Ethan, and what is his role in this awkward relationship?"
I had high expectations for this book. I was very disappointed with it.They find Holly & immediately treat her as a goddess. She had nothing special about her to make 3 men fall in love with her.She was a virgin but instantly had sex with 3 men after meeting them.I thought she was a whiney helpless woman. The men seemed like they were from some type of cult background. Again, the story was rushed & no background given on any characters.
The sex was great but too soon. There was nothing about this woman to make me want to hear her story.

awesome!
This is the first Maya Banks full length novel I have read and I am deffinately going to go back for more. It is a great story. The three Colter brothers - Adam, Ethan, and Ryan - have been looking for "the one". She comes along on a snowy day while on the run from a terrible and deadly husband. Holly knows she is meant for them almost as fast as they know it.
There is plenty of suspense, intrigue and hot steam!!! Deffinately worth the read!!!
