This book really surprised me. So far ALL the recipes I have tried I have found amazing and as the carb count is included in each one it is really easy to organize your menus!

This is such a good book - Dana loves food. When you are low-carbing, it's so nice to have her books to cook from. She does up all your favorites, but makes them low-carb. I have most, if not all of her books. In cooking groups I belong to, her recipes consistently get posted and praised. I have tried several. YUM.

Excellent recipes, good diet book -- good overall healthy eating book.
This book is in great condition, but it does have one page that has a recipe circled in ink.
