My husband and I lived in that part of Louisiana when we were young. My first teaching job was at a small elementary school in Westwego another poverty area at that time. I have had a heart for the people in that area ever since. We just donated 50 credits to Raintree School and I do pray they will reach their goal. Merry Christmas and God bless.
