Hokay--I want to thank you guys a PBS for making it so easy and affordable. I tried the print and mail from home for a couple of books, and thought that was pretty cool. Then I thought, I can save a little money if I just print the labels and take the books to the post office myself. Let me tell you all, that is not going to happen like that again. I waited in line at the post office for over one half hour. First time I did that, I sent my husband to the post office. I have been a member of PBS since January 2007. I had never been on the Internet before then, but I have a job searching the Internet now. So I want to tell you that your site was not only the first site I ever learned to navigate, but it has remained at the top of my list for being the one most easily navigated ever since. The PBS site not only makes sense in its layout, but it has the easiest to use, most comprehensive ways to search of any site I know. It makes many of the other sites I have to navigate look bad. If only you could give them a lesson? Thanks for a great site. I know you take a lot of time to make it happen for the rest of us.
