I don't know how widespread the Dollar Tree stores are but I just had to share.  In the books section they have several audio books on CD--classics.  I bought a couple just to see the quality and it was good.  They also had lots of Bible story books on CD.  If anyone is interested and you don't have a Dollar Tree near you I may can pick up several of them and trade them in a deal.

Tammy, if you can give me any info on the publisher, I'll try and find out if they are abridged.  I have Dollar Tree here but I won't do abridged.  Thanks for the tip!

KS I listened to Sword in the Stone last night--it was 58 minutes..very abrided.  It doesn't say for kids on the box, but it sounds like they are for kids.  Bummer.

I was just at my Dollar Tree last weekend and they had Audio books on tape.  Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan and a couple of others.
