Amnesiascope is one of the strangest and most unique books I've ever read. It doesn't really have a plot, but if you get all the way through it you will be satisfied anyway. Set in Los Angeles and sometimes described as "apocalyptic," it takes the reader through a series of events that are at times funny, tragic and frustrating (in the sense that they point out the absurdities of our culture).
