I really did not like this book. I've read others by this author and they were great, but this one seemed to jump around a lot without making sense in spots. I even reread several passages a couple times before I got the point. All-in-all, the plot was poorly thought out. I didn't care for the hero. He struck me as being an arrogant jerk. And as for Angel Face, I found it truly hard to believe that a long list of intelligent men would immediately fall under whatever spell she had going on and put themselves in a position to be murdered...all over her pretty, angelic face.

Is there a chillingly beautiful serial killer preying on prominent physicians, or is an innocent woman being framed by secret government agencies? The answer to that question could save eminent cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Jordan Carpenter's life or seal his fate. According to the CIA, the deadly serial killer known as Angel Face has targeted Jordan, and the only way to stop her is for the doctor to agree to be the bait in their deadly trap. Jordan is used to making life and death decisions -- but in an operating room, not his personal life. And he's reluctant to believe the angelic woman in the photographs he's been shown could be an obsessive, cold-blooded killer -- at least without some solid proof. Then Angela Lowe enters his life, leaving a trail of death behind her, pulling him deeper and deeper into a world of high-tech espionage where nothing is what it seems -- except, perhaps, love. Suzanne Forster' story is all supercharged plot and sensual sizzle -- a page-turner that keeps you guessing right to the end.
