none has any children's books about Jesus's birth?? 

I have several Christmas books listed, but I'm keeping all of my Christian ones for my kids.

I do have a large, cut-away board book titled, Follow the Star.

Carey, I just send off my only one as a freebie to someone.  But I do have the hardcover books by Arthur Maxwell, The Bible Story, that were sold way back from the 50's to at least the 70's.  Perhaps it is still sold?  This set came from the 70's.  It was a door-to-door thing, like encyclopedias.  The way they were sold was by the whole set of 10 which covered the old and new testaments, or you could buy volume 1 and 7, 8, 9, & 10, which is what I have.   Volume one is the Book Of Beginnings, from the old testament.  An introduction, so to speak, to the Bible.  Volume 7 began the new testament from the time of Christ, and then went on with the stories and ended with #10.  

They are in great shape.  Covers are clean and intact.  The illustrations are wonderful, those nostalgic Dick and Jane types of paintings.
