Hello, 

I'd like to open the Autumn/Halloween card sign-up. School is back in session and the leaves are starting to turn. Pumpkins and apples are ready to be picked and cider pressed.

If interested in the exchange, please message me with your name, address, and your PBS nickname by Sept 30th. Please indicate whether you would prefer Autumn or Halloween themes, and if you don't list a preference, I will assume Halloween is acceptable. Any enclosures (stickers , tea, notepaper) are optional.

In addition, please note in your message whether you would prefer to swap with two partners, or to receive the entire list to choose the number of people to send cards. As coordinator, I usually send to all participants.

If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me or to post here. There will also be a separate Thanksgiving card exchange coordinated by Mona to extend the holiday cheer. Sign-ups for the Fall/Halloween swap will end on Sept. 30th. I will message the list on Oct 1st.

Hi Angie, Feel free to include your name and send only as many as you are comfortable with.

I'm always torn as to offering to send the list or match with one or two partners. The first Valentine's swap I joined had eight participants--2 groups of four.

We could break it down to groups of three on the list, and the request would be only two in your set, and other sets if your budget allows. That might be the best solution as that is how the Christmas card swap is arranged..

Okay!  MY turn!!!

Signups close September 30th according to the first post.

All the fall colors make me miss home ( northern Illinois). Glad we have a family wedding up there the first weekend in OCT. Can’t wait to see the colors as we drive through the Smoky Mountains!

editted to add: FYI, the dates and rules for extra swaps are set by each swap’s hostess. We all are volunteers and we appreciate those who step up to do these extra ones. We respect their time they offer and so they suggest the dates.
