A nice book with more hip name meanings than some baby books. In the description of names, it mentions the celebraties that have named their own children that particular name. Fun to read and use to name our 3 children!

full of funky new age names--- I liked the fact they told the meaning/origin of the names in story form, instead of reading like an encyclopedia

Even though it was not kind to my own name. Plenty of variations on all names.

Very good, in-depth explanation of the meaning of the names.

I really did not like the tone of this naming book. I use baby books to name characters and this book seemed to take more time making fun of common names and linking them to actors while rating high odd names than it did giving me any new info about the names. Okay if you are into that sort of thing I guess...
