Carey is on the run with her 6 month daughter. Stranded in a ditch in a blizzard. She rescued by handsome police officer Ben. Then have an instant attraction which she doesn't want only because she has her secrets and doesn't want him and his family to get hurt. She is quickly brought into his loving family and she loves them. She runs when the people track her down, but Ben saves her and and she is then free to love and settle down.
