Ethan worked undercover until the day his wife and son were killed, or so he believed. While patrolling the water, he finds a toddler which leads him back into the investigation that cost him his family. Along the way he connects with Kelsey, the social worker assigned to the toddler he found. They are on the run for their lives when Ethan's law enforcement family steps in to protect Kelsey and the baby. At times the events are a little hard to believe, but the action is exciting, and the ending, while kind of sappy, really did move me to tears.
