Combine all ingredients in a large, micro-safe dish. Cook on high 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring ocassionally.
Use as a topping for oatmeal (my favorite use), waffles/french toast/pancakes, ice cream, etc. This makes a lot and keeps well in the fridge. Four apples work best for me, if you want if "really apple-y" try 5 medium apples.
