Patti is amazing. This book made me laugh and if you've seen her show, she gives you a reality check. But it's a super helpful book. I have to admit, I got this book about the time I just started dating my current boyfriend. I followed some of her advice and wow, my boyfriend stuck around. Amazing! She talks about where you need to go to meet the boys all the way up to getting engaged. She gives lots of tips and what messages certain behaviors say. Plus she gives examples on certain situations, especially when you get to the whole "are we a couple" period.

Her advice makes a lot of sense. Men and women think differently, but when it comes down to it, both parties need to be clear what they are looking for or not looking for. There's no sense in wasting time dilly dallying over "oh does he like me?" She helps you know what you're not doing and helps you figure out how to fix it. Dating is about confidence and selling yourself to show another person you're worth it and that you deserve the best. YOU DO! Sounds like common sense in a way, but sometimes, you need a little Patti to give you a kick in the pants to open your eyes into finding a partner.

A definite must read for the single folks looking for love.
