I found this a really interesting read. It is not your typical biography outlining every detail of his life, this is more an examination of his inner life -- his frustration of being trapped in the Beatles, his fascination with enlightenment, his lackadaisical attitude towards his wife's growing fascination with Eric Clapton,, etc. His life was filled with dichotomies and this book examines the reasons behind that. It was a quick, satisfying read.
