Once I got over this book being written in first person I really enjoyed the story. It was fast paced and enough twists to keep me wanting to read instead of doing housework. I had to change my ideas of "who dunnit" a couple of times which was a nice change from the last few mysteries I've read. I enjoyed this enough to put the first book in the Lake George Mystery series (by the same author) on my wishlist.

This is a very excellent book. Actually got me reading again after a short hiatus. The Mayor finds a body in a locked display case only to find it gone minutes later when she comes back from calling for help. A community organizer winds up dead. Very excellent book.
