There is a pix of a man really working out. I didn't get it for that reason. I wanted to build bone mass. I wanted to walk straighter, move with more grace( That book didn't stop the clumsey} and just feel that I
was doing something for just me.

Well---my bone mass improved and I was impressed with how I felt and walked. My hips were finally doing what they were supposed to do- just support. I can truly say that this book took something foreign to me and let me improve at my rate.

Really good.
