Mix all together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours . Roll into small balls.
Meanwhile melt 18 oz. of chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of parowax over low heat. I use a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water. Dip balls into chocolate wih toothpick. Set aside to dry.
These taste better after they have set for 4 or 5 days. The coconut filling will soften and mellow. My grandchildren love to help dip them. Messy for the kids but loads of fun.
