Picture book for very young readers about Christopher Columbus. Illustrations are cartoon like drawings and are in black, white and light blue only. As far as historical accuracy this comes across as not too accurate, with the relationship with the natives being very friendly and happy and smiling (rather than being made into slaves). This is published by Scholastic and I see it in many libraries, it seems to be a popular book for young children.
