This is the best bread machine recipe book ever. I have tried many of the recipes and love them. The recipes that came with my bread machine all make really dense breads. This book has a variety of breads and 'denseness'. I can't stop making bread!

I've had this book for less than a week and have tried 3 different recipes. They all turned out perfectly and were hits with family and friends. I have other bread making books however based on my early experience this one is a hit.

Have only made one recipe from it so far. Was worried as all the recipes are for 1 or 1.5 lb. loaves and I have a 2 lb. machine... But it came out perfect! NOTE: This is a rather old book and many machines out now (and mine is over 10 years old!) are not listed. But I am confident that I will keep on enjoying this cookbook.
