This book is a great, factual guide on when breastfeeding can be your only birth control and when it is no longer safe unless you are ready for another child. It is not the best reading book, it is kind of choppy and lost my interest at times, but I have yet to find a guide that is more accurate and truthful, and breakdown all of the myths about breastfeeding and natural child spacing.

This book is so full of hard-to-find and helpful information. It is a treasure. So much about nursing and natural family planning - an excellent resource.
