What a wonderful book! This is the story of two remarkable women. Mitzi is an older woman, caring for her husband with Alzheimer's and Brooke, a young woman who is a victim of terrible abuse from her "perfect" boyfriend. Mitzi is drawn to Brooke, and with her"help, kindness, and insight, Brooke learns how to pick up the pieces of her broken life. I recommend Broken Wings highly!
