I didn't think I would like this book, but after a few pages I was hooked. An "angel", near death experiences and a central character - Toy Johnson - that you will fall in love with. A touching and loving book.

Is Toy Johnson an angel of mercy gifted with miraculous psychic powers? Or is this strikingly beautiful woman a kidnapper and killer. With a growing list of children as victims? Toy knows only that a near death experience has lauched her on a journey into the unknown. And now she is haunted by dreamlike memories of children she believes she somehow has saved. But if Toy sees herself as a living angel, that vision of herself is challenged when she is arrested and charged with murder.

Is Toy Johnson an angel of mercy gifted with miraculous psychic powers? Or is this strikingly beautiful woman a kidnapper and killer, with a growing list of children as victims? Toy knows only that a near-death experience has launched her on a journey into the unknown. And now she is haunted by the dreamlike memories of children she believes she somehow has saved. But if Toy sees herself as a living angel, that vision of herself is challenged when she is arrested and charged with murder.

With the same gripping suspense for which she is famous, Nancy Taylor Rosenberg now opens the door to a world where the laws of man come into riveting conflict with a far higher law. And in Toy Johnson, she has created a heroine who will not only make you believe in angels-she will make you believe in human beings.

Toy Johnson is having dreams that she is in places far away helping children in trouble. Her husband doesn't believe her. Than she is arrested for murder. How can she prove she was there to help if she was in another state with a friend. Very good story

Two audiocassettes; abridged. Toy Johnson believes she's a real angel after rescuing a young boy from a raging fire several hundred miles away. Those close to Toy almost have her convinced that she was only hallucinating. Then Toy sees herself on TV rescuing the boy from the fire and starts believing she's a living angel. This gives Toy a lot of peace but turmoil is around the corner when murder charges are filed against Toy. Another miracle is needed to save Toy but will it come in time?
