This is a beautiful book, but it's also calming and therapeutic. The author explains how important the mood of a room can be to a person's senses. She gives suggestions for paint selections, art, clutter containment, and inspiration. She also has worksheets for one to list their needs and desires for their dream home. I enjoyed this book. It was a help to me at a time when I had just moved into a new home and needed good advise and ideas.
