"Chester had his own way of doing things...Chester's best friend Wilson was exactly the same way. That's why they were best friends. And then Lilly moved into the neighborhood."

The best friends had their own particular way of enjoying life. Lilly was blatantly different. Eventually they see similarities & new ways of doing things together. Great book about friendship.

Chester's Way is a good book. I liked Lilly who is a new character in the story and is an inspiration to the school library journal.
